Your IT infrastructure "pay per use" with a fast delivery. Thanks to our three datacenters which two of the level 4, hosted in Luxemburg territory.
As such, they fully comply with Luxemburg’s data compliance regulations. Each customer is guaranteed an exclusive IT environment: tenant applications share no common functionalities, and undergo extensive monitoring, such as :
- Access control via badge and video-surveillance
- High availability through electrical power back-up, server rack cooling circuits, fire detection and extinguishing devices, redundant telecom connections
- Redundant production system and network controllers
- Secure third-party site that can be used as part of a disaster recovery plan
- Double firewall system (multi-layered defences and technologies from two distinct suppliers)
- Additional protection mechanisms (Dos or intrusion protection, bandwidth control, P2P filtering, anti-spam…)
- High system and application availability, including virtual machine migrations with no service interruption
- System security (daily replication and back-up across both production systems; daily tape back-ups; weekly back-up transfers to a secure third-party location )
