System Solutions records 20% growth of turnover and continues development in Belux and France
System Solutions closes its financial year (FY 16-17) with 20% growth of its turnover. This two-figure growth covers the three entities of the group: Luxembourg, Belgium and France. While the Cloud and Managed Services solutions constitute the pillars of the growth, System Solutions is not neglecting its "traditional" business areas.
Elected "Best Partner to work with", System Solutions thanks for the confidence of its customers and partners.
System Solutions, specialist for ICT infrastructure management, has just released the results of a record financial year 2016-2017. Closed at end April, the accounts show consolidated revenues of 23.07 million euros against 19.33 million for the previous year. This growth covers the three countries: +10% (15.57 million euros) in Luxembourg, +27% (4.28 million euros) in Belgium, and +77% (3.22 million euros) in France. Robert Roux, General Manager and Founder of the System Solutions Group says "The company's growth is based on the development of our Cloud and Managed Services activities which alone now represent 70% of the activities of the Services branch".
The "Hybrid Cloud" approach is a strategic development direction
With the 75% growth of its "Cloud" activities, the company confirms the hybrid approach of the Cloud services and solutions by offering its customers "the best of the three worlds". Robert Roux explains "We impose nothing on our customers, we offer them à la carte solutions which best answer their needs and budgets: private cloud, public cloud or hosting on site, or even a combination of the three worlds". This approach has now attracted some forty international companies from all sectors, although the financial industry remains mostly represented[1]. "Thanks to its status as primary operator in the financial sector, the services proposed by System Solutions comply with the technical, legal and financial requirements of the Luxembourg supervisory authorities. This is an important guarantee for foreign companies as well," says Robert Roux.
While the company has just opened its third private computer room in the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg[2], it is not neglecting its traditional business areas, which are project management and consultancy, staffing, selling ITC equipment, local call center and licence management.
The System Solutions Services department now has more than 60 "Managed Services" customers distributed in 6 countries: Luxembourg, France, Belgium, United Kingdom, Switzerland and the Emirate of Dubai.
New customers and Management team set up
Thanks to its international presence and certified Cloud infrastructure, System Solutions has managed to attract new customers including Baccarat Crystal (France), SNCT (Société nationale de contrôle technique, Luxembourg) and UnifiedPost (Belgium). "With 23 million euros income, we can now work on new dossiers by targeting larger companies" adds Robert Roux.
To support its growth, System Solutions is currently reinforcing its teams. In all, some ten people will be recruited during 2017-2018. System Solutions also has new governance; a Management team composed of 7 members now supports the CEO in his activities.

About System Solutions
System Solutions was created in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg in 1996 by Robert Roux. The company started its activities as an IT retailer and very rapidly developed an offer of infrastructure services for data centers. In its 21 years' existence, System Solutions has evolved to now become a 'global ICT partner'.
Around its core business, System Solutions has developed a complete set of services, ranging from the sale of standard ICT equipment, to 'business consultancy' services, including staffing or recruitment.
Today, System Solutions operates its own data centers, and so provides an answer to the growing demand for managed services and computing 'as a service'.
System Solutions has expanded geographically; System Solutions France started in 2005, and is based in Metz; System Solutions Belgium launched its activities in 2010, from headquarters in Walloon Brabant and an operations office in Brussels.
The company’s financial stability is guaranteed by the official PSF status level 1 in Luxembourg. Further information:
